I'm grateful for two opportunities for learning this week while spending time with two of my coworkers! 💡 First Jacob Trunk and I attended the Dame Leadership #Evolution24 conference hearing Dr. Eve Meceda speak about shifting from a Fixed to Growth Mindset and Ryan Leak on Chasing Failure. 🏃 Then Tijani Stewart and I heard Gerald Sweeney, President & CEO of Brandywine Realty Trust, at the Center City Business Association's Lunch with the City's Leaders series. He spoke about the growth and potential in Philadelphia as well as pivoting an organization like theirs to adapt to market conditions and trends. 📈

Recently our Founder Tim Haak published an article in Lancaster Thriving magazine. In it, he outlined some of our key strategies for maintaining our unique company culture with a fully remote team. We understand the challenges of staying connected and maintaining great working relationships. Over the past three years, as Mile6 has expanded into new states and time zones, we have enjoyed all the creative ways the team has adapted and thrived.
