With September being Suicide Prevention Month, let's remember that the conversation around mental health and suicide prevention doesn't stop here. This month serves as a powerful reminder to keep these crucial discussions going year-round. Together, we can foster awareness, provide support, and encourage those around us to seek help when they need it the most. Let’s continue to prioritize mental health, not just for this month, but every single day. #SuicidePrevention #MentalHealthMatters #EndTheStigma #YouAreNotAlone

Since we began this collaboration in August of 2022, we have had 312 "Starfish" thrown back into the sea where they can get the help they desperately need. This is truly a team effort, and we appreciate all of our collaborators, users, and partners, and tech team GetUWired as we work together finding solutions for the youth boarding in hospitals, and Get To Yes! Visit the MHCH using the linktree in our bio. This resource is accessible to any healthcare system or human service organization: hospitals, EDs, counties, shelters, residential programs, group homes, foster care agencies, and more! #mhch #gettingtoyes #mentalhealthcollaborationhub #mentalhealthmatters #starthrower less

Today, we commemorate Juneteenth, a day of immense historical significance in our nation's journey toward equality and justice for all. On this day, we celebrate the emancipation of those who were enslaved in the United States, and we recognize the enduring struggle for freedom and equality that continues today. At #MMHC, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered. Juneteenth serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace and beyond. It is a time to reflect on our shared history, learn from one another, and strengthen our resolve to create a better future for all. Today, let us take a moment to honor the resilience and contributions of Black Americans to our society and reaffirm our commitment to diversity and justice. Specifically, reflecting on those Black Americans who made significant contributions to our industry: Dr. Mamie Phipps Clark (1917-1983) and Dr. Kenneth B. Clark (1914-2005) https://lnkd.in/eUbjdhv Dr. Francis Cecil Sumner (1895-1954) and Dr. Inez Beverly Prosser (1897-1934) https://lnkd.in/gbKyWgFv Dr. Joseph L.
