🚀 From Project Manager to Director of Operations – Sathiyakailash Suryanarayanan’s Success Story 🚀
In early 2022, Sathiya joined Miratech with a vision to build something new. Fast forward to today, and he’s leading the charge as Miratech’s Director of Operations for India, R&D.
Sathiya saw a unique opportunity when Miratech entered India. “It was a unique chance to shape and develop the IT landscape in the country,” he says.
In a short space of time, Sathiya built a local team of over 20 talented individuals, spearheaded team-building events like the first-ever MiraParty and MiraMeet in India and helped Miratech achieve a #GreatPlacetoWork certification.
But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. For example, expanding into new regions meant navigating cultural differences in a completely new market. But Sathiya’s open communication style fostered a strong sense of togetherness: “I always remind my team I’m just one ping away,” says Sathiya.
Since then, Sathiya has continued to hone his leadership skills in strategic thinking, decision-making, and corporate governance.
His highlight so far? Representing Miratech at the Global Tech Advocates Meet in Bangalore, where he spoke on the competitive advantages of the Ukrainian IT industry and how India can foster greater international collaboration - “An unforgettable experience,” he says.
Sathiya is ambitious about the future too. He plans to double the team’s size and help drive significant market growth. Sounds like his story at Miratech is far from complete! 💼🌟
