Wrapping up another great academic year with many well deserved accolades. Preston Curless won the Beta Alpha Psi Theta Pi Chapter Student Leadership award. He plans to join The Whitlock Co. after graduation. Isaac Moon won the Missouri State IMA | Institute of Management Accountants Student Chapter Outstanding Leader award. He will be at Grant Thornton LLP (US) this summer for an internship. Hannah Schmid won the Outstanding SOA Graduate Assistant, amid tough competition. She will join EY this summer. Kyle Goodin, MAcc, CFE was recognized by the honors college for the Director's Award for Outstanding Research. Kristen Thornton, MAcc, CMA & Kimberly Swanson Church, Ph.D. were recognized by the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning for an education grant to gamify the intro managerial course. Chris Hines was recognized for promotion to full professor. The School of Accountancy Missouri State University is on 🔥 fire.
