  • 🌟 Hispanic Heritage Month Spotlight: Meet Marlene! 🌟   As we continue celebrating #HispanicHeritageMonth, we're proud to share the incredible stories of our team members. Today, we’re excited to introduce Marlene, whose family hails from Lo Arado, Jalisco, Mexico.   Marlene takes immense pride in her culture, especially in the traditions centered around food. Family gatherings during Christmas and special occasions are a time when everyone has an important role in the kitchen, bringing generations together to create unforgettable meals.   Another aspect close to Marlene's heart is Danza Azteca, a form of ritual dance originating in pre-Hispanic Mexico. This dance connects with God and nature, serving as a form of prayer and communication. 💃 Through the rhythm of the drums and the meaning of the danzas, Marlene has deepened her connection to her culture. Her Aztec name, Teotonallicamina, meaning "Connected to God," carries forward the powerful legacy of her ancestors.   At work, Marlene’s bilingual skills are invaluable in a heavily Hispanic-populated environment. “I find it incredibly engaging to be able to help my fellow teammates and foster a supportive atmosphere.”   Thank you, Marlene, for sharing your heritage and making our workplace more connected and inclusive!   #EmployeeSpotlight #HispanicHeritage #DanzaAzteca #CulturalTradition #DiversityAndInclusion #CommunitySpirit

  • 🌟 Hispanic Heritage Month Spotlight: Meet Javier! 🌟 Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Javier, whose roots trace back to the beautiful country of Ecuador! "Ecuador is a land of diversity, from the breathtaking Galápagos Islands to the towering Andes mountains and the rich Amazon rainforest. It's a place of cultural fusion, where Indigenous, African, and European heritages come together." 🌍 Javier takes pride in Ecuador’s five UNESCO World Heritage Sites and its renowned craftsmanship, like the famous Panama hat. He’s also proud of Ecuador’s rich artistic legacy and unique culinary traditions, especially encebollado, a national fish soup hailed as one of the best in the world! In his work, Javier brings Ecuador’s deep sense of community and family to life: “My co-workers feel like an extended family. I show my care and respect by always giving my best, learning, and growing together.” Thank you, Javier, for sharing your heritage and bringing such warmth and dedication to the team! #EmployeeSpotlight #HispanicHeritage #EcuadorianPride #DiversityAndInclusion

  • 🌟 Hispanic Heritage Month Spotlight 🌟 Meet Alvaro Morel and learn about what Hispanic Heritage Month means to him. "I was born and raised in New York City with Dominican roots. Both of my parents are from the Dominican Republic, from the beautiful towns of Puerto Plata and Monte Cristi. They taught me the value of hard work, the joy of our island’s stunning beaches, and the importance of striving for a better life. I am incredibly proud of the unity, the gatherings, and the food that define my culture. Tradition runs deep in everything we do—from sharing meals together, helping those in need, to celebrating life with music, dancing (Merengue, Bachata), and enjoying delicious dishes like rice, beans, pollo guisado (stewed chicken), potato salad, and fried sweet plantains. Our culture is joyful and always ready to have a good time! At work, I carry these values with me. I often help others by translating from Spanish to English and embody the team spirit I was raised with—offering a helping hand whenever it’s needed without expecting anything in return. If a department needs assistance, I’m there to help." Let’s celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by recognizing the rich traditions, values, and contributions of the Hispanic community! 🎉✨ #HispanicHeritageMonth #DominicanPride #CultureAndTradition #Teamwork

  • 🌟 Employee Spotlight: Federico Arias for Hispanic Heritage Month 🌟   We're thrilled to spotlight Federico Arias as part of our Hispanic Heritage Month celebration! 🎉   Hispanic Heritage: Federico's family is from the picturesque state of Veracruz, Mexico. They come from the vibrant region of Los Tuxtlas, where San Andres, Catemaco, and Santiago Tuxtla meet. Known for its lush vegetation, beautiful lakes, and fertile farmland, San Andres is also famous for its “Te-Amo” premium cigars, coffee plantations, and an impressive balloon festival. 🎈🌿   Cultural Pride: Federico is deeply proud of his heritage, especially the warmth and hospitality of the Mexican people. What stands out most to him is “La Familia” – the strong familial connections celebrated through traditions like Baptismos, Comuniones, Quinceaneras, Bodas (traditional weddings), and Posadas (Christmas celebrations). These traditions highlight the importance of family and community. 💖🎊   Heritage at Work: Federico feels fortunate to be part of an organization that celebrates diversity. He brings the values of loyalty, respect, and a sense of belonging from his family into his work, reflecting the core principles he holds dear. 🌟🤝   Join us in celebrating Federico and the rich heritage he brings to our team!   #HispanicHeritageMonth #EmployeeSpotlight #DiversityAndInclusion #CulturalPride

  • In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re proud to feature another incredible member of our team, Gonzalo “Junior” Martinez. His story is deeply rooted in his Hispanic heritage and the rich tradition of Mariachi music. His father, who grew up in an orphanage near Monterrey, Mexico, discovered his passion for Mariachi at a young age, performing in the orphanage's band and using music as a way to see the country. This love for music not only brought Gonzalo’s parents together but also inspired his own work ethic and passion. “As a kid, I loved taking things apart and putting them back together, which led me to pursue construction in high school. That passion turned into a 20-year career building modular homes with Clayton Homes.” In October 2022, Gonzalo joined the Mobile Modular team in Auburndale, FL as a production manager and was recently promoted to IC manager this past January. He credits his father’s resilience and drive, along with his bilingual skills, for shaping his leadership style and creating new opportunities in his career. At Mobile Modular, we celebrate and honor the diverse cultural backgrounds that make our team special. Stay tuned as we showcase more stories like Gonzalos's and share the unique journeys of our team members. #HispanicHeritageMonth #EmployeeSpotlight #MariachiPride #CulturalTraditions #BilingualLeadership #McGrathFamily
