On Tuesday, the late Philip Garvin was inducted into the Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame! Phil joins legendary industry colleagues who have gone above and beyond to forever change the broadcasting industry. The Garvin Family, as well as other friends and colleagues were in attendance to celebrate this incredible achievement, as well as Phil’s legacy. Later this month, MTVG founder and former CEO Philip Garvin will be enshrined in the Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame! Phil forever changed the way that sports are broadcast, and he positively impacted so many lives, including hundreds of MTVG employees and countless live production industry peers. The 2024 Emirates NBA Cup tipped off this month, with MTVG teams on-site to broadcast the first games of the tournament.
