The first Barbie franchise doll to feature a wheelchair user was “Share a Smile” Becky in 1997! However, she was discontinued for unknown reasons, but many speculate that it was because she couldn’t fit in the doorways or the elevator of the original Barbie DreamHouse. But now our Barbie has an iBOT® PMD (currently in balance mode) and is ready to take on any challenge thrown her way!
