    While individuals under 30 are more inclined to use digital tools, including mobile apps, Google, and online find-a-doctor services, they are significantly less likely to utilize portals for managing their healthcare needs or researching care options compared to those over 60. However, they want to use these tools more. The difference between these cohorts is that the younger generation is used to, and expects, certain digital experiences that make their lives easier.
