This is great news! It is also unfortunate that The Fearless Fund, lead by two Black women is still in flux. This is why voting maters. One case in Georgia (Fearless Fund) the other (Hello Alice) in Ohio. hashtag #Vote Hello Alice triumphs as meritless lawsuit is dismissed, marking a significant boost for the small business community. The Court entered judgment in favor of all defendants and granted Hello Alice’s motion to dismiss the case brought on by America First Legal. #ElevateTheAmericanDreamhttps://lnkd.in/ezAPTpt7
