Big things are happening at 1962 Market St and 1320 20th St! After months of collaboration and planning, we’re excited to welcome 4240 Architecture as the lead architect for this historic jazz venue’s next chapter. Their expertise, alongside contributions from local architects like Chris Shears, SAR Plus, and Richard Farley, is shaping a vision that both honors the venue’s legacy and breathes new life into the space. What’s new? Updates to the original plans include a redesigned open-air roof deck, an enclosed courtyard with skylights, and a reconfigured staircase to enhance accessibility and historic integrity. What’s next? Final plans are set to go for committee approval in early April, and we’re pushing to break ground in Q2 2025, with a goal to open just in time for next year’s baseball season! This project is a labor of love for our team and the Denver community. Read more about how we are working to bring this legendary spot back to life ⬇️

The STEAD School is paving the way for the next generation of agricultural leaders through hands-on, career-focused learning that prepares students for the evolving industry.
