What started over a century ago in a small town in France has become a global reputation for quality. MONIN continues to innovate and bring incredible flavors to kitchens, coffeehouses, restaurants and bars around the world. The MONIN U.S. Headquarters and Flavor Innovation Center are based out of Clearwater, Florida. Here, our team of more than 100 employees perfects and produces new flavor offerings, creates exciting recipes and beverage innovations, and oversees all of our sales and operations throughout North America, South America and the Caribbean.

It was an incredible night to make wishes come true at the 28th Annual Dishes & Wishes presented by MONIN on Friday, January 17, 2025! Armature Works Tampa was the place to be for more than 350 guests who enjoyed music from The Sugar Sax and DJ CJ, fabulous food and drink from some of Tampa Bay’s best restaurants, and exciting live and silent auctions. Wish kid Pierce inspired guests with the impactful story of his medical journey and his wish to be a candymaker. Because of this special evening, 25 heartfelt wishes will come true for children in Tampa Bay! We are grateful to our restaurants, sponsors, and guests for joining us at Dishes & Wishes.
