As we approach our 100th anniversary in 2025, Torani aims to double annual revenue and expand our fantastic team. To support this growth we are pleased to announce that Tai Doong has been appointed President. Today, we’d like to feature our two wonderful interns from the Year Up United program! 🎉🌟 Meet Christian, the newest member of our People Team who is supporting our receptionist and events teams with welcoming guests, organizing Torani events and much more. So far, Christian’s favorite flavors are Sour Candy and White Peach! In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching soccer and spending time with friends. We’re grateful to have you, Christian! We are also excited to have Gina onboard, the newest member of our Digital Marketing Team. Gina supports our social media efforts, creating and editing content, proposing new concepts, assisting with scheduling and more. Her favorite flavor is Toasted Marshmallow, and in her free time, she enjoys visiting new restaurants or trying out a new recipe! Recently, Torani was featured on CBS, highlighting our first-ever Barista Training Program! Last week, we partnered up with East Bay Innovations to host a group of 4 adults with developmental disabilities at our Flavor Factory to learn barista skills like pulling espresso shots, steaming milk, taking orders and more! Emulating a real cafe, our talented barista trainees served drinks to Torani team members. Now, they will be matched with local East Bay cafes to work paid internships, continuing to take meaningful steps towards reliable and fulfilling employment. Torani is proud to report that our first Barista Training Program was a wonderful success, furthering our commitment to creating lasting opportunity in our community.
