Congratulations to Tara Ostendorf on being named one of Prairie Business Magazine’s 2025 Top 25 Women in Business! 👏 As an Environmental Group Leader in our St. Cloud office, Tara has been a key part of Moore Engineering since 2019. She specializes in watershed management, funding strategy, and project coordination, working closely with watershed districts, soil and water conservation districts, and numerous county and municipal environmental resource departments throughout Minnesota. She also leads a team of environmental scientists and funding team members, driving impactful solutions for communities. Well deserved, Tara!

📍 Project Spotlight - Stanton Avenue Reconstruction | Fergus Falls, MN The City of Fergus Falls faced deteriorating infrastructure along Stanton Avenue, with outdated utilities, damaged pavement, and non-compliant sidewalks. Moore Engineering worked closely with the City to design a phased solution that minimized disruptions to both businesses and residents. The project included replacing water, sanitary, and storm sewer systems, installing ADA-compliant sidewalks, and improving pavement to accommodate traffic in this mixed-use area.
