On Friday, our team gathered for a potluck to celebrate the completion of 50 North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality lead service line work orders and enjoy some pre-tailgate fun ahead of the big UND vs. NDSU rivalry football game! Whether in-person or remote, it was a great time to celebrate our success and show off our team spirit. 🎉

This crew attended the Wake Up to UND event early Tuesday morning in Grand Forks. The annual event featured a keynote address by University of North Dakota President Andrew Armacost. Centered around a game show theme, the event highlighted "momentum" as the word of the year, emphasizing UND's forward movement and progress. 🎉

Last week, our team had the privilege of volunteering at Great Plains Food Bank, where we packed boxes of food for rural communities that lack easy access to grocery stores. Thank you to our team members for donating their time and making an impact in our local communities!

This summer, Engineering Intern Noah Burger took part in the InternGF Summer Cohort Series, organized by the Grand Forks Region Economic Development Corporation. The program featured sessions on networking, volunteering, company tours, and entertainment, all aimed at connecting participants to the local community. Reflecting on his experience, Noah shared, "The InternGF Cohort was an amazing opportunity. We explored everything Grand Forks has to offer by visiting local businesses and meeting community leaders. I also built valuable connections with other interns, and even made a few new friends along the way." 🎉

We had a great time at the University of North Dakota Career Expo for STEM Industries yesterday! It's inspiring to connect with students who are eager to make a difference and explore the possibilities that lie ahead. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth - we appreciate your interest and enthusiasm.

What a night! 🎉 On Saturday, September 21st, Albrecht Field officially opened, drawing a crowd of over 1,500 fans for a thrilling UND women's softball game. We're proud to have played a role in developing and designing this fantastic new venue for both the University of North Dakota and the Grand Forks community!

Project Update: Fieldhouse at Memorial Village 🚧 We're excited to share an update on the Fieldhouse at Memorial Village, located on the University of North Dakota's East Campus. This five-story, mixed-use development will offer both commercial and residential spaces, complete with lounges, patios, and the Hawk's Perch, an observation deck with views of Albrecht Field, the new home of the UND women's softball team. Built in conjunction with Albrecht Field, Burian & Associates is handling the civil site design for both projects. We can't wait to see it all come together!

🎉 This month marks Natalie's 1-year anniversary with B&A! 🎉 Natalie has made a significant impact in just 12 months, contributing fresh insights and creative energy to our marketing efforts. Her passion and drive are truly inspiring, and we're grateful to have her on board. Natalie currently attends North Dakota State University and will be graduating in December with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. We're excited to see what the future holds for Natalie and our continued success together!

Project Update: Albrecht Field ⚾ We're thrilled to share the latest progress on Albrecht Field, the future home of the University of North Dakota's women's softball team! With a seating capacity of 500, this state-of-the-art stadium is set to provide fans with an incredible game-day experience, as well as a tremendous venue for greater Grand Forks. The project is moving quickly, and we can't wait to see the final result. But that's not all! In the background of this photo, you can catch a glimpse of the ongoing construction of the Fieldhouse at Memorial Village. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
