It is a bittersweet day for sure. It is Donna Hansen’s last day with Morada as she commences her retirement.   Few know that Donna was Morada’s first Executive Director and that her Deer Park community was Morada’s very first community.   Under Donna’s leadership, Deer Park has excelled. From nearly 40% occupancy late 2020 to 90% today, from devastating hurricanes to tornadoes, Donna has been a steady hand, building and guiding a team through thick and thin. With more than 110 residents today, she has positively influenced more than 2200 lives. She has positively influenced our lives as well and leaves behind a strong legacy.   Deer Park celebrated with Donna yesterday, and if you can’t tell, Donna’s retirement plans involve the BEACH!   Please join us in wishing Donna well as she enters the next phase of her life.   We will miss you, Donna!
