    When I was in business school they taught us that of all the skills you need to lead - if you could master change management - you could probably rise to the top and lead a very successful organization. 🤗 And this has never been more true than now in this burgeoning era of AI. 🧠 I launched the first iPhone App for American Express and helped launch the first Twitter handle - both those products took tremendous change management to get into market but yielded significant business impact and now are fundamental channels for the company and consumers can't recall a day they didn't exist. 📱 What’s different with AI than with the mobile, social, and ecommerce waves that came before is how quickly marketing leaders are seeing real business and operational impact with these campaigns, and the delta between the teams that are adopting these new modes of work and those who are hesitating is growing. 👀 But you don’t have to be a marketer to see this - as a consumer, you can already feel the difference between the emails that are still hand-curated and are the product of dozens of cells in a mail plan, pulled days before you get to it, littered with irrelevant out of stock items - versus that slick love letter from the brand that just *gets you* and could not possibly be for anyone else. How did they do that? 🤔 It wasn’t easy for that CMO to make this pivot, but she did it, and now her team is all reaping the collective rewards. 👏👏👏 These are the moves that they’ll be studying in the business school classes of the future. 🙋♀️ If you’re interested in getting your smart, talented team out of the trenches so you can finally start giving your customers the experience they deserve automatically check out the link in the comments to learn more. 💡
