Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all aspects of supplier-related contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and compliance. • Negotiate and draft Purchase Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and other contractual documents. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support proposals, identify risks, and drive contract solutions. • Oversee contract modifications, dispute resolution, and compliance monitoring.
