I am excited to learn more about the Multifamily Impact Framework and the importance of impact investing.

This program offers an incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the multifamily impact investing space, a field that aligns closely with my goals to drive positive social change through real estate. I’m eager to support the council's mission to solidify multifamily impact investment as a credible and widely accepted asset class, which in turn helps increase the flow of impact capital globally. Through this program, I look forward to building essential skills in real estate market analysis and investment strategy, gaining hands-on insights from industry experts, and contributing to a more sustainable and impactful future in multifamily real estate.

MIC Members in Action: Sadie McKeown, President of The Community Preservation Corporation recently shared her insights on Sendero Verde - a new development in #EastHarlem, NY addressing both the need for affordable housing and environmental sustainability.     Sendero is the largest certified passive-house building in the U.S., using half the energy of traditional structures. The property features eco-friendly amenities such as green roofs, energy-efficient systems, and community spaces.
