CambridgeSeven embarked on an ambitious renovation project at the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in New Orleans, and we were honored to partner in addressing the intricate challenges that arose. This remodel was no ordinary feat; it involved transforming a mid-century tower into a modern masterpiece. Central to this endeavor was creating an extensive model, which marked CambridgeSeven's first cloud-hosted Revit model. In the words of CambridgeSeven's Associate Principal David E. Wiborg, AIA, a key member of the team: "Over the last 20 years, myBIMteam, an NV5 company, (MBT) has consistently advised us at CambridgeSeven on the leading BIM tools that continue to evolve to facilitate our processes for optimal design solutions. One of the recent highlights from our continued partnership with MBT includes our collaboration of New Orleans' World Trade Center to the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences. MBT led our adoption of using BIM360 for cloud hosting and real-time synchronization of the complex project's large Revit model files with our numerous Design Consultants and the Construction Manager for efficient project delivery."
