From start to finish, the NABA Link Regional Conference in DC demonstrated the Bold, Beautiful Black excellence of NABA Nation.   The event kicked off with an inspiring fireside chat with Guylaine Saint Juste, President and CEO of NABA Inc. and William M. Washington III, Global CFO of Baker McKenzie. Their discussion highlighted the value of developing resilience and a strong work ethic, drawing on personal experiences that resonated deeply with attendees.   We wrapped up the conference with an exciting fashion show and panel discussion moderated by Toi Eshun, MBA, SVP of Marketing at NABA Inc., in partnership with Goodwill, where industry leaders, including Carolyn Becker, Director of Communications & Community Engagement at Goodwill, Anthony Kinard, Beauty Expert and Creative Development Coach, and David Thompson, Hairstylist, explored the power of perception and professional brand. This dynamic conversation exemplified our broader commitment to empowering our community with the knowledge and resources to prepare and propel them forward in their careers.   As we journey toward our bold goal of becoming 1 million members strong, NABA Inc. remains committed to shaping a more equitable future and closing the wealth gap for Black Business Leaders.
