Night at the Fights Silent Auction Request This year’s NAIOP SoCal’s Night at the Fights will bring back its Exclusive VIP Silent Auction. Net proceeds from this year's auction items will benefit Building Block Foundation Fund as well as NAIOP SoCal’s local and statewide legislative affairs initiatives. The Auction will one week before (October 3rd), and, close at 10:00 pm, at the event Thursday, October 10, 2024.   Building Block Foundation Fund provides an opportunity for the real estate community to funnel goodwill into a performance-based giving program that is sustainable, predictable and accountable. Building Block raises funds to support at-risk youths in Orange County through partnerships with local charitable programs. NAIOP SoCal’s local and statewide legislative affairs initiatives include efforts to shape the laws, policies and regulations affecting the commercial real estate industry in Southern California.   This is where we will need your help. We are looking for items to offer for bidding at the event, including higher-end items with a $1,000 minimum retail price point. California State Senate Passes Assembly Bill 2904 - A Milestone for NAIOP SoCal and the Commercial Real Estate Industry In an historic achievement for NAIOP SoCal, the California State Senate unanimously passed Assembly Bill 2904 with a vote of 39 to 0.
