NAIOP SoCal would like to continue its exciting YPG Spotlight series! In this student spotlight, we'll introduce you to one of our outstanding 2024-25 YPG students each week.  This week, we would like to introduce Andrés Meave, an Associate at Dedeaux Properties! Andres, an immigrant from Bolivia, moved to the U.S. at six and is now based in Los Angeles. For the past three years, he has been a key part of Dedeaux Properties as an Analyst, focusing on market data analysis, underwriting acquisitions, and preparing investment proposals. Before entering real estate, Andres served ten years in the Air Force, reaching the rank of Technical Sergeant. He is active in community service, volunteering with the LA Food Bank and serving in NAIOP’s YPG and ULI. Andres holds a degree from Cal Poly Pomona and enjoys flying as a licensed pilot.
