NAPABA is proud to announce the 2024-25 Board of Governors—comprised of officers, directors, regional governors, and at-large board members—who will be sworn in during the 2024 NAPABA Convention in Seattle. NAPABA’s strength comes from the many volunteers who hold leadership positions across our diverse membership. From our national Board of Governors to our local affiliate leaders. From our substantive committee and affinity network chairs to the chairs of our professional development programs. NAPABA is driven by the expertise, energy, and commitment of our membership. Congratulations to our newly elected and appointed Board members! And thank you to the countless volunteers for their leadership, service, and dedication to building a stronger AANHPI legal community.

This is an important reminder that as we approach the final weeks of this critical election season, the NAPABA Policy Team encourages you to join and spread the word about an important opportunity to strengthen the AANHPI community's voice. Our partners at Asian and Pacific Islander American Vote (APIAVote) and Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC are recruiting bilingual volunteers to staff the APIAVote Voter Hotline for the 2024 Presidential Election season. This is a non-partisan, multilingual informational hotline designed to help members of our community find polling places, understand how to register to vote, and ensure they have timely and factual information needed to get to the polls. Training sessions have already begun! APIAVote needs persons fluent in Bengali/Bangla, Cantonese, Hindi, Korean, Mandarin, Punjabi, Tagalog, Urdu, and Vietnamese! Lawyers are trusted civic emissaries and voices in our communities, and your voice matters and helps! View upcoming training sessions and learn more: https://lnkd.in/ezF5Kbd8
