  Natco Home is excited to announce our Employee of the Month Winner for May 2024!   Kelsey Rabbitt – Senior Graphic Designer Kelsey has been with Natco since February of 2017. Kelsey started as a Graphic Artist and was promoted to Senior Graphic Designer in December of 2021. Kelsey's recent design work for the Avenue B Logo and her design work on Sam's Club "Back-To-College" Faux Fur earned her many accolades from our great Sales Teams and vendors. Kelsey is able to pivot quickly to any design changes that come her way and always keeps a positive attitude and most importantly a great sense of humor! Kelsey continues to go above and beyond expectations, she is a valuable member of our Graphics Team! Please help me celebrate Kelsey's achievements, hard work, and dedication to Natco!

Natco Home is excited to announce our Employee of the Month Winners for April 2024! Brian Sylvester –Team Lead Maintenance & Facilities Brian has been a with Natco since September of 2011. In January of 2021 Brian was promoted to Team Lead. Brian has touched every part of this building and knows it like the back of his hand. There is never a time when he has not assisted a team member in one way or another with their workstation needs, special projects and has even headed to NY during Market to assist with the set up. He works tirelessly and gives 100%. He come to work every day at least 30 minutes early so he is ready for the day ahead of him. Brian is often on call and is always ready to come back to the building any hour of the day or night if needed. When the winter is here the whole Maintenance team comes in very early to plow the parking lots to ensure they are clear for all staff members. Brian was also certified from the State of RI and received his Maintenance Electrician Certificate. Brian is truly a valuable team player and Natco is lucky to have him as part of our team! Please help me celebrate Brian’s achievements, hard work, and dedication to Natco!

Natco Home is excited to announce our Employee of the Month Winners for February 2024!   Crystal Boulanger – Customer Service, Sales, and Administrative Support Specialist   Crystal will be celebrating her 1-year work anniversary, on March 20th. In this short period of time Crystal has taken on many hats and has done a fantastic job! She has brought her extensive experience and knowledge from her time at Ann & Hope, a RI treasure where she worked as an Assistant Buyer and Merchandise Analyst for more than 21 years. Her understanding of our industry has served her well, Natco was one of her suppliers during that time and ironic that she now is a Natco team member! She has a “can-do attitude and will take on any challenge big or small” as one co-worker said, and with a smile!   Please help me celebrate Crystal’s achievements, hard work, and dedication to Natco!

Hi Team Members,   Natco Home is excited to announce our Employee of the Month Winners for January 2024!   Jonathan Alvarez – Team Lead/Order Picker / Building-C   Jonathan has been a Natco team members since March of 2020. He has continuously gone above and beyond in many ways for his team and the company. He stays late, comes in early and it is not unusual for him to put in a 12-hour day. When trucks are coming in later than expected, Jonathan without being ask has even loaded the trucks himself to ensure product continues to move. He is always willing to learn new things and assist his team in any way daily. A colleague has stated “his knowledge combined with his easy-going personality is an asset to the company, his co-workers and our trucking companies.”   Please help me celebrate Jonathan’s achievements, hard work, and dedication to Natco!

We have a Winner! Congratulations Renee Kirby for being Natco's 1st Employee of the Year 2023!!!! NATCO HOME is pleased to announce that RENEE KIRBY, Enterprise Application Developer within our RI Corporate Headquarters has received the 1st Annual “EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR 2023” award! Renee has been a valuable member of the Natco team and family since December of 2019. Renee is a troubleshooting and problem resolution expert. She is a loyal and hardworking team player and will do whatever is necessary to handle her workload even when it requires her to work outside of her regular core hours. Renee does this without hesitation, will help with any issues as needed at any time of the day or night. On behalf of all the employees and our company, we thank her for her contributions and dedication and for being the foundation of our company’s success. Conan Sullivan (November) – Enterprise B2B Administrator (IT) What can we say about Conan, he is an outstanding team player! Conan manages the EDI process seamlessly. Conan has aggressively analyzed processes and cost related to EDI and has identified multiple cost saving opportunities saving the company over $200,000 this year alone! What a great accomplishment! Roberta Eley (December) – Receptionist (Administration) What can we say, when you walk into the building each morning and see a big smile and a warm hello, you know it is Roberta! What a way to start your day. Roberta wears multiple hats from her reception duties, handling of packages coming in and going out, to welcoming guest into the building with a friendly conversation. “Her laugh is contagious” as one team member stated. Roberta always goes above and beyond, and she is a constant reminder that her kindness goes a long way and is truly appreciated by all.
