Highlighting Heather Fitzgerald: Controller🎉 Heather joined the NGF team in 2024 bringing her wide range of accounting experience spanning from real estate development to interior design. Although Heather has lived most of her life in Florida, she has a deep love of the mountains and hiking. Her perfect day would consist of a little green time with her family and hiking up to a high spot to check out the views. Her last hike was Acatenago in Guatemala! She’s hiked around Oregon, California, the Carolinas, and Guatemala with her bucket list including Banff, Canada and Zion National Park, Utah. For five years now, the most pressing question in golf has been demand sustainability, typically framed as an inevitable market force to weather rather than shape. When the winds change – and they will – our trajectory may well hinge on this glaring blind spot: that despite the industry's long-held self-image as a relationship business, too many customers claim only shallow, transaction-based connections with golf courses and brands, who they believe fail to recognize them or reward their loyalty.
