North Brooklyn Parks Alliance (NBK Parks) is a non-profit that partners with the NYC Parks Department to maintain and program parks in Williamsburg and Greenpoint, and improve the lives of its over 200,000 residents. NBK Parks is: Extraordinary: Helping underserved communities Essential: NYC only spends 0.5% of its budget on it parks; on average US cities spend 2.2% Unique: The only park conservancy for a neighborhood
