Had a great time at the NC3 - National Coalition of Certification Centers Train-the-Trainer event last week. I am happy to announce that I will be able to offer 6 different Snap-On Starrett Precision Measurement Certifications next year to my students. Super grateful for this opportunity!

📣 We set an attendance record! 👏 I’m proud to share that this year’s NC3 - National Coalition of Certification Centers Festo Didactic Train-the-Trainer at Community College of Allegheny County has the highest number of attendees in NC3 Festo history! We’ve got 45 instructors from high schools, post-secondary, and workforce joining us this week in Pittsburgh from 12 different states. These professional development certifications are designed for educators who want to improve their advanced manufacturing skills and gain certifications to better support their students and local industry. Pitt Community College hosted a signing day for new students in our Construction Industrial Technology (CIT) programs on Thursday for NC3 National Letter of Intent Signing Day. 🖊️ The program, which is sponsored by the NC3 - National Coalition of Certification Centers, mirrored the NCAA’s National Signing Day event for athletes who commit to play sports in college. Yesterday was a very special evening at Oakland Community College as we celebrated potential students and their commitment to further their education at our esteemed institution.
