Meet Haylee Wawrzynkiewicz, our amazing case manager! "I love working for NBS and being a part of the team that can provide necessary services to families across the state! I am a small piece of the puzzle, but I am so grateful for all of the technicians, BCBAs, NBS colleagues, and families that I have been able to work with during my time. I have always wanted to help people and collaborate with amazing humans to make a difference! My favorite part of the job is sending out a "Referral", which means that the culmination of everyone's hard work has finally paid off and we are able to start services. Having that start date and being able to see the excitement in the families is priceless! A fun fact about me is that, I have a big fur baby who is a velcro dog to the extreme and I wouldn't have it any other way! I also LOVE coffee in any form!"

Meet Brynne Steffan, our exceptional BCBA: “I love the relationships I have built with my clients and RBTs. I love the progress I can see the clients making and the support that NBS gives to us as providers. Even working remotely, the company has made it feel so inclusive! I originally wanted to be a French teacher! I started working in a school and fell in love with a child with Autism and the effectiveness I felt working with him made me change courses into ABA because I strongly believe how much it can help so many individuals! I love meeting families for the first time, getting to know them and hearing their dreams of what they want to accomplish through ABA. This allows us to build a pathway together and be a part of an awesome journey! [A fun fact about me is that] I live in a very small town in Ohio and we have a duck farm :)” Meet Deanna Woockman, our hard-working RBT: “I thoroughly enjoy being part of NBS because I not only receive ample support and guidance during my supervision but also have the flexibility to attend to my family's needs while maintaining a balanced work schedule. I've been a nationally certified school psychologist for years and am working towards becoming a BCBA. I am drawn to the diverse opportunities within the field of behavior analysis and am passionate about its potential to create positive impacts. The most fulfilling aspect of my job is undoubtedly witnessing my clients' growth and development. It's incredibly gratifying to observe their progress firsthand and to see it validated through data analysis. [A fun fact about me is that] I have 6 boys, and I like snakes!”
