When it comes to your healthcare - quality matters! This week is Healthcare Quality Week, a dedicated time to acknowledge the progress made by healthcare and quality professionals toward improving patient health outcomes. Neighborhood Health Center is the highest ranked health center for quality in Western New York, and we're ranked in the top 20% of all health centers across the nation. “Being the top-ranked health center in Western New York means not only are we providing affordable access to services but we are also improving the care experience and health of patients with the services we provide, which in turn improves the health of our community," said Neighborhood Health Center President and CEO Joanne Haefner, MS, FNP. “I like talking to patients, I like getting to know them and being able to have that rapport with them,” said Dr. Camille Gutierrez. “Being able to reassure patients and speak to them in their language....” Dr. Gutierrez is a bilingual OB-GYN provider. She's treated patients on other continents, but realized there's a need for someone with her skills right here in Western New York where she was born and raised.
