With sessions like AI in Data Architecture and a keynote on reMarkable’s recent product launch, the evening offered valuable insights into industry trends and best practices. An evening of Halloween-themed design discussions 🎃 This week, our Helsinki office hosted design, product and tech leaders for an evening packed with learning, mingling and spooky fun – all around the theme Business Impact of Design. Highlights included Anna Skoglund’s keynote 'ROI of Design', with real-world examples and metrics for making a strong case for leadership. This was followed by Bobby Falck’s 'Arguing for Design' workshop which got everyone collaborating and getting hands-on with the topic. In our 'Thriving in Turbulent Times' panel, hosted by Eeva Tervahartiala, industry experts shared valuable strategies for adapting and innovating in a shifting landscape. Participants also got to experience the real barriers of inaccessible design in our ’Haunted House of Accessibility’. It was a pleasure to see everyone who showed up to reconnect with tech and design peers in a dynamic setting, and we hope that everyone who visited our headshot corner got a fresh profile picture to use. #netlight #edgex #helsinki #design

Conducting female energy together 🔋 Last night, our Hamburg office and 1KOMMA5° teamed up for the third Women Leading Tech & Energy event series installation. Like always, the event brought together senior talents and key stakeholders to address mentorship as a pathway to empowerment, and the role of women as leaders and role models in tech. The event featured a focused panel discussion with Sophia Rödiger (1Komma5), Johanna Hinz (Otto Group), Jana Brommer (Tchibo), and Janine Brügge-Miehle (Netlight). How to weave together product teams 🪡 Our Amsterdam office recently partnered with PVH Corp. to host an engaging workshop for product owners and product managers at the PVH office. Led by Adam Rosén, the session focused on bringing the product owner and product manager community together to talk about their product transformation journey, share experiences, and learn from each other. The workshop provided personal insights on product leadership and valuable insights on aligning daily operations with the broader goals of PVH’s strategic growth plan, PVH+. The event concluded with a networking lunch, allowing participants to connect and share ideas.
