Through a better understanding of our fears and worries, we are able to liberate such blockages and interact freely to achieve a win win situation. With the use of neuroscience, the Conflict Resolution Center is introducing Emotional Intelligence neuro approach to schools. Now schools can also benefit training teachers and staff to free themselves of childhood adversities to enjoy a calm and truthful atmosphere with the children they care for. In return, we have better children with a high emotional intelligence. Emotional Intelligence is a must have in a work setting. Conflict Resolution Center provides individuals and corporations with the tool to be successful at a work environment as well.
