As anyone who has built a piece of IKEA furniture can tell you, proper packaging can have big impacts on installation time. When you open the box, are the pieces well organized? Can you easily tell which part is which? Do you intuitively know where to start? As we launch the second generation of our innovative terrain-following tracker technology, product packaging and efficient installation have been a key focus. Our goal is to allow developers to assemble the tracker in as few steps as possible. Our All Terrain Tracker is already setting the pace for the industry, requiring 38% less time and labor to install than other leading trackers on the market. Now it’s getting even better. Working with the engineering team at Eclipse-M, we carefully reviewed each step in the installation process, from site delivery to final commissioning. We optimized the process, packaging and kitting our product to ensure that once our tracker arrives, it’s ready to build with no unnecessary work. In less than a month, we’ll be launching the new second generation product at RE+ 2024 in Anaheim. Will you be there? Stop by booth D24057 in the exhibit hall to see for yourself how we are making solar construction faster, easier, more economical, and more sustainable. Word is out about our unique technology for difficult terrain. In a recent poll of solar developers, asset owners, and EPCs, Philip Shen of ROTH Capital Partners (ROTH MKM) found that half of respondents are interested in using the Nevados All Terrain Tracker for their upcoming projects. Here’s what these solar insiders told Roth Capital Partners analysts, published in the Weekly Solar Snapshot: 👉 “Nevados is the exception - they're notably customer-focused in terms of providing upfront services especially to help work through complex sites.” 👉 “Peer developers and EPCs that have worked with Nevados in the northeast have liked them - topo/site considerations make their technology interesting.” 👉 “I think Nevados will gain market share due to their one of a kind solution.” 👉 “Nevados is an extremely interesting technology that has helped out several projects with ugly terrain/slopes.” 👉 “Nevados is an interesting addition to the tracker market for extremely difficult terrain.” 👉 “We may use Nevados in the future with a challenging site.” Our system’s flexible bearings make it the right choice for sites with undulating terrain. It perfectly matches the changing slope of your site, eliminating the need for destructive grading. But more and more developers are considering our tracker even for flat sites because it’s faster to construct than the leading trackers on the market. Is your company considering Nevados for your project pipeline? If you aren’t yet, you should be! To read the survey report from Roth, check the comments below. 🔗⬇️ #TheWorldIsNotFlat #NoMoreGrading #Bankability #SolarTracker #SolarConstruction

While we wait for the U.S. solar supply chain to develop for modules and cells, it can be challenging for projects to meet the domestic content threshold to receive the full tax credits available in the Inflation Reduction Act. Developers can qualify for a 10% tax credit adder for solar projects using U.S.-made components, on top of the 30% base investment tax credit. To receive the bonus, all manufacturing processes for steel and iron components must take place in the United States and 40% of the cost of manufactured products used in the solar array must come from domestic content. Tracking systems can account for up to 24.7% toward this threshold, so choosing a domestically-produced product gets you more than halfway on its own! We’re proud to announce that our tracker will meet the safe harbor requirements for domestic content by the second quarter of 2025. 🥁🎉 These bonus tax credits for domestic content have helped create more solar manufacturing jobs in small-town America. Priefert, a third-generation family company known as “America’s #1 Name in Ranch & Rodeo,” manufactures many of our tracker components at their factory in Mount Pleasant, Texas, two-and-a-half hours east of Dallas. They’re adding new jobs and manufacturing lines to scale up with our rapidly-growing demand. In addition to helping to satisfy the tax credit requirements, domestic supply chains can be both more robust and more efficient, reducing shipping times and the associated carbon emissions from imported products while eliminating risks of delay in U.S. Customs. Want to learn more about how we can help your projects qualify for these incentives? Check the comments below for a link to our new press release. And stop by our booth (Hall D #24057) next month at RE+ 2024 in Anaheim to see our tracker in person, and learn about how it can help you eliminate grading and install solar plants faster on any terrain, including undulating and challenging sites. #TheWorldIsNotFlat #NoMoreGrading #DomesticContent #MadeInAmerica #InflationReductionAct

Although these sites may appear very different, from the perspective of our All Terrain Tracker they are both viable candidates for solar development. At Nevados, we're redefining what's possible in utility-scale solar. Our innovative tracker is revolutionizing site selection criteria, with hardware designed to handle post-to-post angle changes up to 26% (20x more than other ‘all-terrain’ solutions) and overall slopes up to 37%. With this kind of capability, we've effectively eliminated the distinction between flat and hilly terrains. The ATT adapts to your site's unique topography, not the other way around. This means previously "unbuildable" terrains are now prime candidates for solar power plants. Ready to expand your project pipeline? Reach out and see how Nevados can transform your approach to site selection and optimize your solar investments. #TheWorldIsNotFlat #NoMoreGrading #SolarTracker
