Starting her career in the early 90s as a commercial electrical apprentice, she worked her way up, proving that hard work, grit, and determination can pave the way for success. In 2015, she brought her passion and expertise to the solar industry, stepping into a safety role where her impact continues to shape the culture we value so highly at Blue Ridge Power. With a deep appreciation for the progress women have made in construction, she’s seen firsthand how opportunities have expanded — from having a voice at the table to holding leadership roles.
