New Form portfolio company Caliza has closed an $8.5M round led by Initialized Capital. Caliza enables banks, fintech companies, investment platforms, and crypto exchanges a seamless solution for transacting with U.S. dollars. The firm’s product offers instant transfers and provides international merchants with US digital dollar accounts, providing users an alternative to SWIFT for international transfers via stablecoin technology. Caliza was founded in 2021 by American entrepreneur Ezra Kebrab, who is based in São Paulo, Brazil and previously worked as a Director at Visa. Congrats to Ezra and team!
