In total, several dozen animals over a three-year period were killed out of season, at night, or through illegal baiting. Bears, deer, foxes, coyotes and fisher cats were all targeted. “Some of it they were trying to sell, some of it was for trophies, some of it was just competition amongst them to see who could get the most,” said Sergeant Kevin Bronson with New Hampshire Fish and Game. “This is just 100% poaching.”

President Joe Biden made a stop in Concord at NHTI with Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders at the New Hampshire Democratic party headquarters. U.S. House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries also visited the state this week to support Maggie Goodlander in her bid to represent New Hampshire’s 2nd Congressional District. And Gov. Chris Sununu says new allegations about Donald Trump’s support for authoritarians don't change his support for the former president.
