Last week, New Hope Housing celebrated the groundbreaking of Avenue C, our newest community dedicated to serving seniors with limited incomes. Set to open in 2025, Avenue C will be the first affordable housing community in the Magnolia Park neighborhood in 30 years. This development represents a significant milestone for New Hope, as we expand our mission and reach to seniors in need of a quality place to live. A heartfelt thank you to our development and funding partners who made this project possible, and to the surrounding community for joining us in the celebration.
