Over the weekend, the NYCBS team joined as a community to partake in the American Cancer Society's Making Strides of Brooklyn Breast Cancer Walk. Not only did our team participate in raising awareness about breast health, but also stood by those battling breast cancer. We want to thank those on our team for joining us and showing their incredible support for this event.

Just last week it was my honor to attend the NY Cancer Foundation’s annual gala at the Ziegfeld Ballroom where they showcased a recent series of portraits I shot of survivors of cancer. The evening raised $1.2M for people suffering with cancer.

We're looking back at last week's AVBCC conference, where Canopy's Lavi Kwiatkowsky and Michael Kolodziej participated in several energizing panels, including conversations on bispecific antibodies and strategies for care management. During the care management panel, we dove into the essential care that happens between patient visits and how programs like PCM, CCM, and PIN support this care. A special thank you to Jeff Hunnicutt at Highlands Oncology Group, Debra Patt, MD PhD MBA at Texas Oncology, Susan Sabo-Wagner MSN, RN, OCN, NEA-BC at American Oncology Network, and Kathryn Paliotta, RN at New York Cancer & Blood Specialists for sharing their insights on how care management can support patients and the role technology can play in scaling this quality care. And thank you to the Association for Value-Based Cancer Care for an incredible conference—we're already counting down the days to #AVBCC2025
