As rising seas encroach on coastal wetlands, saltmarsh sparrows--which are endemic to the East Coast--are losing their critical habitats. Long Island conservation groups are working to restore these marsh habitats to try to save the sparrows.

Steve Serio is a 4x paralympian, 3x medalist and 2x paralympic gold medal winner.  But Steve isn't too big-time to come back home. I met up with Steve at his old stomping grounds, Carle Place High School, to reminisce about the past and look ahead to the Paralympic Games.
