Clients off to Italy this week for a wonderful group tour. And I have to tell you about how we decided on their accommodations and activities. This is my 2nd time planning a trip for this client and I knew we needed to get clear on their wishlist since this was their first time in Italy. To understand my clients‘ goals and preferences for their trip, I always have a discovery call. After our initial chat, my client had clarity that they wanted a to see Rome, Florence, Sorrento and Naples and they wanted to be guided along the way. As for activities, they wanted to see the historical sites and the experience the beautiful landscapes. Sounds simple, but they had specific dates they needed to travel.
