💊 The First Batch of Medication for Epilepsy Patients Has Arrived! St. Nicholas Hospital has received the first supply of medication from the sustainable support program for epilepsy patients in partnership with the Epiprosvita NGO. This procurement was made possible thanks to the humanitarian headquarters of the "Patients of Ukraine" Charitable Foundation and financial support from Nova Ukraine. 🌍 We plan to provide similar support throughout Ukraine via hospitals to ensure access to medications that are hard to obtain during wartime or unavailable in Ukraine but are approved and used in international protocols. Together, we are creating a reliable support network for everyone in need. Our heartfelt thanks to our partners for their invaluable assistance! #Epiprosvita #PatientsOfUkraine #NovaUkraine #Epilepsy

👨⚕️ How to Get Free Computer Tomography in Ukraine: Procedure and Tips Ukraine offers the opportunity to receive free computer tomography for adults and children provided they have a medical referral and adhere to established procedures. This is part of the medical guarantee program, which ensures access to free medical care. 1. Obtaining a Medical Referral: The first step to getting computer tomography is to obtain a medical referral from a doctor. This could be a family doctor, a clinic doctor, or a specialized doctor who diagnoses and recommends computer tomography. The referral is issued electronically – you will receive an SMS message with the unique code of your referral. 2. Contacting a Medical Facility: After receiving the referral, the patient should contact a medical facility where computer tomography is performed. This could be a hospital, clinic, or private medical center that has an agreement with the National Health Service of Ukraine to provide free services under the medical guarantee program. 💡 The list of services and hospitals participating in the program of free examinations can be obtained on the official website of the National Health Service of Ukraine: [NSZU Official Website](https://lnkd.in/dYFgN9iA) 📞 Information can also be obtained by calling the NSZU contact center at 16-77. 3. Procedure: After registration at the medical facility, the patient undergoes computer tomography according to the standards and protocols established in the medical facility. You will need your unique code from the SMS message and identity documents. 4. Receiving Results: After the computer tomography, the doctor who referred the patient for this procedure receives the results of the examination. They analyze these results and make conclusions regarding diagnosis and further treatment. 5. Additional Tips: Patients are advised to clarify the terms of payment for services at the medical facility that has an agreement with the National Health Service to avoid misunderstandings. It is also important to follow all instructions from medical staff when preparing for computer tomography, such as restrictions on food and fluid intake before the procedure. 💜 Remember the importance of timely medical examinations to maintain your health.
