At NileBuilt Corp., we’re working to redefine what a home can do for you—and for the planet. Our net-zero homes blend smart split systems with solar power, creating spaces that adapt to your lifestyle while conserving energy. One of the key benefits of split systems is their ability to regulate temperatures independently in each room. This means you can easily set your ideal temperature for each space—keeping one room cool while warming another. Best of all, you can do all of this from your smartphone. It’s about creating a future where homes don’t just save energy—they actively support a greener planet. About us
We’re not new to the world of development, with three generations of knowledge and expertise in construction and development, we have a rich history in the industry. Our technology was first introduced to the market in the 1980s as an efficient building tech company in Iowa. Since then, we have spent the last 40+ years improving our tech and creating something that is proven to work. Prior to our shift to residential construction, we built numerous commercial developments in the Midwest region. Our experience in commercial construction has given us a unique perspective on the building process, and we have applied this knowledge to our residential projects. Knowledge of the housing crisis and lack of innovation in modern housing developments led us to Southern California.

Which state has the highest homeowner insurance premium? Oklahoma currently has the highest homeowner insurance premium in the U.S. driven largely by the state's high risk of natural disasters like tornadoes and hailstorms. On the contrary, Hawaii has the lowest average homeowner insurance premiums in the U.S. The average home insurance cost by state is mentioned in the link in the comments section below (Source: QuinStreet/Insure.com) Note: Homeowners insurance comparison by state shows average homeowners insurance for a $300,000 house (by dwelling coverage, not market value) with a $1,000 deductible. At NileBuilt Corp., we help reduce premiums with disaster-resilient homes. Safer homes, lower premiums, greater peace of mind. Right now, half the world experiences severe water shortages at least once a year. ➝ Rising temperatures are speeding up the spread of diseases like malaria and Lyme disease. ➝ Since 2008, over 20 million people have been displaced annually by extreme floods and storms. ➝ Every fraction of a degree matters. Even if we cap warming at 1.5°C, nearly a billion people will still face water stress, heat, and desertification. But overshooting that limit, even briefly, could cause irreversible damage—species lost, ecosystems destroyed, and landscapes changed forever. The attached chart from World Resources Institute further illustrates these impacts. The real estate landscape is changing, and climate risks are now front and center in homebuying decisions. As natural disasters like floods and wildfires become more frequent, companies like Zillow are stepping up by integrating climate risk data into their listings with help from First Street. This means buyers can see the potential risks to a property before they make a decision. At NileBuilt Corp., we're taking this a step further. We design homes that aren’t just modern and innovative but are also built to withstand these challenges, providing durability, peace of mind, and sustainable living for years to come. In today’s world, disaster resilience isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s essential.
