The notes were offered at 98.768% of the principal amount with a yield to maturity of 5.662%. Interest on the notes will be payable semi-annually on June 15 and December 15 of each year, commencing on December 15, 2024. The notes mature on June 15, 2034. NNN REIT, Inc. (NYSE: NNN) announced the amendment of its unsecured bank credit facility. The amendment increases the available borrowing capacity under the credit facility from $1.1 billion to $1.2 billion. The amended facility matures April 2028, with options to extend maturity to April 2029. All other material loan provisions, including pricing, are unchanged. Happy International Women's Day 2024! Today is #InternationalWomensDay2024 and it is an exciting time to be a #female associate at NNN REIT, Inc.! As one third of an all-female team supporting a company that is comprised of nearly 60% women, #WomensHistoryMonth is something that I look forward to every year. Months in advance, we begin planning a series of events to recognize the women with whom we come into contact in our day to day interactions, the women we are, and the women who inspire us. On Tuesday we kicked off the month with a beautifully catered luncheon and a thought in mind: #StrongerTogether. One third of our Board of Directors is female and we were fortunate to have two of these women in attendance this year. Our longest serving female board member, Pamela Beall, took the time to present to us, sharing her view of the corporate world from her perspective, her incredible journey, and realistic steps we can all take to be successful in any profession. Ms. Beall’s presentation was followed by one from Amber Orman, MD DipABLM, Chief Wellness Officer at AdventHealth. Here’s the reality for most people: stress and burnout can happen from time to time, and it’s how to deal with it in the healthiest possible way that was the focus of what Dr. Orman had to share with us. Dr. Orman’s passion for plant based eating and lifestyle medicine shined through as she discussed some steps we can take ranging from the simple stretch to the seemingly impossible food cuts to find our healthiest selves. And while I may not find myself cutting out the potato chips anytime soon, there was certainly something for everyone within her seminar. Many thanks to Pearson's Catering, Pamela Beall, and Amber Orman, MD DipABLM for making this year’s event unforgettable! Every woman walked out having learned something and feeling invigorated! The best part about it all is that we’re just getting started! Coming up, we have a service project in support of the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, and a special #WomenTalkMoney webinar featuring Viola Davis presented by Fidelity Investments. As individuals we can certainly get things done but as a collective we are unstoppable!
