Dense phase pneumatic conveying greatly benefits from the use of air injection devices, such as our Air Assist™ (M211) technology, commonly referred to as boosters. These devices play a crucial role in managing the ideal flow of materials, especially when dealing with long convey distances or difficult to handle materials. By introducing compressed air into the convey line, this device enables steady material flow, which keeps pressure levels in check and prevents the occurrence of system clogging.    A unique feature of our design versus our competitors designs, is that we use a pressure differential to prevent back-feeding of material, which is more reliable than competitors mechanical check valves.  This technology is also an easy upgrade your existing pneumatic system, we can replace failing devices or insert new components into a system that was designed without them and is now not working correctly. The application of glass microspheres, that we’ve helped pioneer since 2017, is used in the electric vehicle manufacturing process. Mixed with the right chemicals, glass microspheres provide a light-weight potting resin. This provides cell positioning and increased thermal insulation, while maintaining its flowability and consistency.
