The Nordson MEDICAL team in Salem had a day of service dedicated to helping the non-profit partner, Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless. This organization has a goal to create lasting solutions to issues plaguing many Americans such as housing, income, health, and education. The volunteers built 30 beds in two hours for local children in need. This was the 3rd annual Build-a-Bed event hosted in Salem, and the team is thrilled to do it again next year! #NordsonImpact

In commemoration of #CancerAwarenessMonth, the Nordson MEDICAL #Guaymas site held their annual walk in town this Saturday joined by local foundation ESTOY CONTIGO GUAYMAS, I.A.P. with a great show of support from plant personnel who came along with family and friends to show their solidarity and love for those battling cancer. What a magnificent way to ring in their 19 year anniversary in Guaymas #Mexico, here in our #RocaFuerte #Manufacturing #Community! 🎉🎉🎉 #Tetakawi and Nordson made a great showing of care for those fighting the battle of their lives by donating to this great cause. 450 bottles of Ensure donated from plant staff and Nordson matched those efforts for a total of 900 bottles along with several prosthetics kits donated! Tetakawi recently made a $150,000 pesos donation and also presented patients with mastectomy prosthetics kits at today's event. What a moving and inspiring day this was and I couldn't thank you enough Rodrigo Renteria and Nordson for the invitation to join you at such a well-organized event - MCO Omar Alejandro Navarro O. and your team did a fantastic job! Together, we'll continue to strive to show the love and care Guaymas has for our community! 🙏

Q: What is your favorite part of your job? A: One of the best parts of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn new things and develop professionally. I wouldn’t be able to do that without my amazing team. It is so special and unique when your coworkers become more like family than just colleagues. Q: What is a fun fact about you? A: I grew up in Laverne, OK. Our claim to fame is that it is the home of Jane Jayroe, Miss America 1967.
