Thank you to our dedicated volunteers, staff, and donors who helped to provide a safe, warm, and welcoming shelter for our guests. Thanks for keeping it 💯❗️ 🚨A single day #CODEBLUE Emergency has been declared by Montgomery County, PA officials for: 🚨Wednesday, March 26th Stay warm and safe! The Norristown Hospitality Center is opening a 25-bed emergency overnight shelter at St John's Church at Diocesan Center in the same location as the Cecil and Grace Bean's Soup Kitchen. ➡️ Shelter Details: - Location: 520 Church Street, Norristown - Opens: 8:00 PM - Closes: 6:30 AM ⚠️ Important: Space is limited, so arrive early if you need shelter. 🍲 A warm meal will be served to those staying at the Code Blue shelter thanks to generous donors who made frozen casseroles through our CODE BLUE CASSEROLE program. 🏠 If you or someone you know needs emergency shelter during this cold weather emergency, please call 610-278-3522. We're incredibly grateful for our partnership with Family Services of Montgomery County, PA! Every month, their amazing team comes to the Norristown Hospitality Center to offer crucial resources and free, rapid HIV/STI testing for our guests. This vital service ensures that our community has access to important health information. Since July, they've provided testing for over 40 individuals, with results available in just 10 minutes.
