North American Plastics is incredibly proud of our 2024 Leadership Development Program participants for their completion of and graduation from the year-long program this week! The group gathered in Dallas for the final workshop, where they heard from President & CEO Jason Askew, Vice President Talent Acquisition & Development Amy Venezia, and Director of Training & Development Liane Soohoo, amongst many dynamic leaders within our organization, on insights from the best in the business. The participants also each gave an impressive final presentation on an innovative business solution, showcasing leadership, excellent customer service, and cutting-edge strategies their businesses. A huge thanks to our General Managers who participated in the General Manager panel, giving participants a fantastic look at business leadership within our organization - Kris Bowser, Nick Holm, John Mundy, Carrie Abel, and Adam Terasa.
