Meet Mike Andrews, a true NAS veteran! Mike started his journey with us back in 1997 as a Process Engineer in Roll Grind Operations, and he’s been an integral part of NAS ever since. From Cold Rolling Supervisor to National Sales Manager, and now leading as HM Operations Manager since 2016, Mike’s dedication and growth are truly inspiring. As one colleague shared, "Mike has the perfect balance of assertiveness, openness, and compassion. We've met many challenging goals as a result of his guidance and empowering approach to leadership. I couldn't ask for a better manager!" Another colleague echoed this sentiment, saying, "Mike is not just a boss; he's a leader and a true friend. His patience is unmatched, guiding us with calm and understanding through every challenge. For over 60 years, the Kentucky State Police has provided an incredible opportunity for children to learn essential safety tips and road rules.
