The State Board of Education honored school superstars at its monthly meeting Thursday morning! ⭐️Congratulations to Haynes-Inman Education Center (Guilford County Schools) for being named a State and National School of Character. This is the second time the school has been selected a National School of Character, receiving its first recognition in 2017. ⭐️Congratulations to Carolina Forest International Elementary (Onslow County Schools) for receiving its designation as a North Carolina Global Ready Model School. In 2016 the school received its first designation as a Global Ready Model School, and was the first elementary school in the state to receive the recognition.
