North End Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is proud to introduce a whole new level of post acute care to the North End of Boston. The only skilled nursing facility in the downtown area, our 100-bed center is a warm and close-knit community where every patient is made to feel at home. With new management at our helm, extensive renovations are underway and we are expanding our services to the community with specialized clinical programs under the direction of esteemed area physicians. Our mission is to provide better care, compassion, and solutions to the communities we serve. Our vision is to strive to be the community leader in experience, outcomes, and satisfaction.
