The Vistria Group was recently on hand to cut the ribbon on its acquisition, Domain at Midtown Park, in Dallas, Texas. Joined by leaders from the Dallas Housing Finance Corporation and The Vistria Group’s partners on the deal, Northern Liberties and Waterford Property Company, the occasion marked the start of our partnership and beginning of long-term affordability. The 395-unit property will be converted from market rate to mixed-income housing with half of the units reserved for residents making 80% Area Median Income (AMI). This partnership builds on The Vistria Group's commitment to the City of Dallas where the Firm expanded their office footprint in 2021.
